Expertise
We seek instructors with a strong background and demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma, ISO, facilitation, or leadership. Your professional experience should reflect a deep understanding of the subject matter you wish to teach.
Teaching Experience
While prior teaching experience is not mandatory, it is highly valued. If you have previous experience as a trainer, facilitator, or educator, please highlight it in your application.
Course Proposal
To be considered as an instructor, please submit a course proposal outlining the topic, objectives, and an overview of your teaching approach. Be sure to include any supporting materials or resources you plan to use.
Plan your course
Instructors are responsible for thorough course preparation, including developing well-structured and engaging content, creating lesson plans, and selecting appropriate teaching materials and resources.
Communication
Instructors should maintain clear and prompt communication with students, addressing their queries, providing feedback on assignments, and fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.
Engagement
Instructors should actively engage with students, encouraging participation, fostering discussions, and facilitating a collaborative learning environment. They should promote interaction among students and provide opportunities for hands-on learning, where applicable.
Course Structure
Instructors should create a well-structured course that provides a logical progression of topics. Divide the course into modules or lessons, clearly outlining the learning objectives, content, and activities for each section.
Learning Outcomes
Clearly define the intended learning outcomes for the course. What should students be able to understand, apply, or demonstrate by the end of the course? Align the content and activities with these outcomes.
Curriculum Development
