About This Course
A Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a professional who can explain Six Sigma philosophies and principles, including supporting systems and tools. A Black Belt should demonstrate team leadership, understand team dynamics, and assign team members roles and responsibilities. Black Belts have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the DMAIC model in accordance with Six Sigma principles.
At LSSI, our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program provides a deep and comprehensive understanding of Lean principles and tools, Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC), management philosophy, and the ability to lead continuous improvement projects, catering to individuals at all levels, from employees to managers.

Requirements
- Prerequisite: LSSBB participants are required to have prior knowledge or equivalent experience at the Green Belt level to enroll in the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course at LSSI.
