Certified Supplier Quality Professional

Introduce

Certified Supplier Quality Professionals are quality professionals who manage or conduct supplier audits, performance reviews, and improvement planning to maintain product consistency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the supply chain.

At LSSI, students will gain an understanding of the importance of corporate governance, supplier lifecycle management, supply chain cost analysis and implementation of supplier agreements, risk management, supplier selection and product audit, performance monitoring, supplier improvement, as well as advanced quality management techniques, business ethics, regulatory compliance, enabling them to confidently lead and contribute to the success of their organizations.

Training objectives

• Building a supply chain vision and mission that aligns with organizational strategy
• Supplier lifecycle management and supply chain cost optimization
• Enhance contract management skills and implement supplier strategy
• Develop risk management strategies and approve high quality suppliers
• Monitor, improve supplier performance and maintain quality management system
• Build sustainable partnerships and promote effective cooperation with suppliers

• Experts in quality management, supply chain and procurement
• Managers and engineers working in supplier quality, supplier development, or supply chain
• Roles related to continuous improvement, risk management, compliance and supply strategy

Prerequisites

• 5 years of practical work experience in one or more areas of Certified Quality Engineer Expertise
• At least 3 of those years must be in a decision-making position
