At LSSI, our CQIA program provides an overview of the fundamental quality improvement principles and tools, helps participants understand the roles and responsibilities of a quality team, and how to effectively apply quality techniques in practice. The program is suitable for everyone from new employees to analysts or associates in quality improvement teams.
