Introduce
The Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) is a professional who drives process improvement initiatives – from small businesses to multinational corporations – with regional or global scope, in various service and industrial sectors.
CMQ/OE leads a team to establish and monitor customer/supplier relationships, support strategic planning, develop measurement systems and evaluate organizational improvement.
At LSSI, the CMQ/OE course focuses not only on technical aspects but also develops the ability to assess people, manage projects, analyze finances, identify risks and use knowledge management tools to solve organizational challenges.

Prerequisites
CMQ/OE participants must have at least 5 years of practical work experience in one or more areas within the CMQ/OE Knowledge Set. Of which, at least 3 years of experience must be in a decision-making position, understood as having the authority to define, execute or control projects/processes and be responsible for the results achieved.
