Introduce
Lean Principles and Tools play a very important role in many industrial sectors today. The core idea of Lean Manufacturing is to maximize customer value while minimizing waste in the production process.
At LSSI, the course provides the knowledge and skills to apply Lean tools, such as 5S and Visual Management, to Lean Six Sigma processes. Students will learn how to reduce waste, improve efficiency and add value. Through practical lessons, the course helps students solve real-world problems, improve productivity and build a safe, efficient and organized work environment.

Prerequisites
The 5S Implementation – Visual Management course does not require any prerequisites and the program welcomes all new members.
