In today’s volatile and competitive business environment, especially in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the ability to adapt quickly and continuously improve is no longer an advantage but has become a vital factor for every business.

Even though AI is becoming more powerful, humans are still at the center of creativity and innovation. Kaizen creates an environment for every employee to maximize their potential and contribute to the development of the business.

Kaizen encourages critical and creative thinking in identifying and solving problems, especially complex ones that arise during AI implementation.

At LSSI, the course “Implementing Kaizen Recommendation Systems in the AI Era” will delve into every aspect of implementing a recommendation system in the AI era, from implementation thinking to implementation methods along with a set of instructions, forms, and more to help you implement this system in the easiest way.

Training objectives

• Know the concept of Kaizen improvement suggestion system.
• Understand the reasons for implementing Kaizen and its benefits for both employees and the company.
• Describe the implementation steps from planning, implementation to maintaining and improving the Kaizen suggestion system in practice.
• Use metrics to monitor and continuously improve the system.
• Deploy the system at optimal cost by taking advantage of existing platforms in the enterprise (Google, Microsoft, Lark…)
• Understand the relationship between the improvement suggestion system and the organization-wide improvement opportunity recognition system.
• Know the difficulties and obstacles in implementation and how to solve the problems.
• Using GenAI and other technologies for recommender system implementation.
