Introduce
Waste is the leading cause of resource loss, reduced operational efficiency and hindered sustainable business development. Identifying and eliminating waste not only helps optimize costs but also directly contributes to increasing profits and improving competitiveness.
At LSSI, the course “Identifying and eliminating waste in businesses” is designed to equip students with innovative thinking and the ability to implement optimal operational solutions. The program includes understanding the nature and impact of each type of waste, mastering methods and tools for identification and analysis, as well as applying innovative solutions to improve performance and develop sustainable profits for the organization.
Training objectives
The course aims to equip students with:
- Innovative thinking and methods for identifying waste in production and operations.
- Skills in using practical Lean tools to optimize processes, minimize losses and improve performance.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and quantify waste, thereby proactively handling bottlenecks in the business.
- Ability to propose and implement effective improvement solutions, contributing to sustainable productivity, quality and profitability.

Prerequisites
The Identifying and Eliminating Waste in Business course does not require any prerequisites and the program welcomes all new members.

- Study 50% theory and 50% practice in parallel
- Through practice and case studies, students have the opportunity to find real-world solutions to their work.
