Introduce

In a volatile business environment, effective problem-solving skills are critical to helping individuals and organizations maintain performance and grow sustainably. Relying on gut feelings or just dealing with the consequences often leads to incomplete solutions, wasted resources, and missed opportunities for improvement.

At LSSI, the “Problem Solving Skills” course is designed to equip students with systematic thinking, logical analysis methods and practical tools to handle problems systematically and creatively. The program combines real-life situations and in-depth guidance from experienced instructors, helping students practice the ability to identify root causes, build optimal solutions and implement effective improvements. The course is suitable for all levels, from employees to managers, contributing to improving personal capacity and promoting sustainable business development.

Training objectives

• Identify, analyze and effectively handle practical problems in business.
• Proficiently apply tools such as A3, 8D, 5W2H, Ishikawa, Pareto… to determine causes and develop appropriate solutions.
• Plan actions, coordinate teams and implement solutions into work in a systematic manner.
• Develop proactive thinking and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Flexibly apply learned skills to solve situations in work and personal life.

Prerequisites

The course does not require any prerequisites and the program welcomes all new members.
