At LSSI, the Measurement System Analysis (MSA) course not only provides you with in-depth knowledge of measurement system evaluation methods but also guides you through conducting research through real-life scenarios, interactive exercises and group activities. This training program will help you confidently apply analytical methods to your work, improve process efficiency and enhance the quality of your organization’s operations.
Training objectives
- Understand and apply basic concepts such as accuracy, repeatability, bias, linearity, and stability in the analysis of measurement systems.
- Identify how and why to conduct GR&R research in the quality improvement process.
- Analyze and validate a measurement system through testing
- Identify and resolve measurement system errors that affect data quality.
- Apply the acquired knowledge to improve measurement process efficiency in practical situations.

Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites required for participation in the MSA – Measurement Systems Assessment program and the program welcomes all new members.
