At LSSI, our Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt program provides a comprehensive understanding of Lean principles and tools, overall in Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC), catering to individuals at all levels, from employees to managers.
Training Objectives
- Provide an understanding of Lean principles and tools, as well as the DMAIC methodology of Six Sigma.
- Develop data analysis skills and the ability to utilize statistical tools.
- Foster teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth potential.
- Increase profitability and competitiveness.
- Prepare participants to become team members in DMAIC projects ($25,000 - $100,000).
- Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset.
- Prepare participants to pass Lean Six Sigma certification exams (ASQ, IASSC, CSSC) by demonstrating knowledge and competence.
